长沙首推 AI 光影疗愈空间 都市丽人体验 "数字禅修"

星城长沙再添文化新地标！20日，芒果未来艺术中心正式启幕长沙首个 "超级光影艺术疗愈空间"，以AI科技重构东方禅意，为都市人群打造沉浸式减压场域。开业首日吸引数百名职业女性参与，呈现科技与艺术交织的疗愈奇境。

Changsha has added a new cultural landmark! On March 20, the Mango Future Art Center officially launched the first "Super Light and Shadow Art Healing Space" in Changsha. It reconstructs the Oriental Zen aesthetic with AI technology and creates an immersive stress-relieving space for urban people. On the opening day, the space attracted hundreds of professional women to participate, presenting a healing wonderland where technology and art were intertwined.

现场，体验者在专业导师引导下，随着光影色彩的流转舒展身体，感受呼吸与振频的同步。“闭上眼睛的瞬间，仿佛置身山林深处，压力随着音符的跳动一点点消散，顿感身心放松、心情愉悦。”参与者林女士表示。

At the scene, under the guidance of professional instructors, the experiencers stretched their bodies as the light colors flowed, and felt the synchronization of their breathing and vibration frequencies. "The moment I closed my eyes, I felt as if I were deep in the mountains and forests. The pressure dissipated little by little with the beating of the musical notes, and I immediately felt physically and mentally relaxed and in a happy mood," said Ms. Lin, a participant.

据悉，未来此地将常态化开放，并推出四季主题疗愈课程，结合24节气开发专属沉浸式场景，打造全维度都市疗愈生态。

It is reported that this place will be open regularly in the future, and themed healing courses for the four seasons will be launched. Exclusive immersive scenes will be developed in combination with the 24 solar terms to create a full-dimensional urban healing ecosystem.
