老挝企业入湘设立冷链前置仓

A Lao banana company officially set up a prepositioned warehouse at the Smart Cold-chain Digital Logistics Center of Huaihua International Land Port in Hunan on September 2. Thus, it has become the first foreign cold-chain product supplier to layout this type of warehousing preposition business in Huaihua. This initiative will help develop the Huaihua International Land Port into a core China-ASEAN cold-chain logistics hub and realize the regular operation of China-Laos Railway cold-chain freight trains.

9月2日，老挝一家香蕉公司正式在湖南怀化国际陆港智慧冷链数字化物流中心设立前置仓，这是国外冷链产品供应商首次在此布局仓储前端业务，将推动怀化国际陆港成为中国—东盟冷链物流核心枢纽，同时实现中老铁路冷链班列的常态化运营。

Huaihua is the only ASEAN-oriented freight assembly center in Hunan Province. Since entering comprehensive cooperation with Changhuai Cold Chain Company of Huaihua International Land Port, the company has efficiently transported bananas from Vientiane to Huaihua via the China-Laos Railway. In August, 80 containers of bananas were transported via cold-chain freight trains, and an additional 100 containers were ordered in early September. This has formed a stable and efficient cross-border logistics channel, significantly cutting down transportation time and costs.

怀化是湖南唯一面向东盟的货运集结中心。自与怀化国际陆港长怀冷链公司达成全面合作以来，该公司已通过中老铁路将香蕉从万象高效运抵怀化。双方通过冷链专列于8月运输了80标箱，9月初再追加100标箱订单，构建了一条稳定、快捷的跨境物流通道，大幅降低运输时间和成本。

This collaboration has promoted the regular operation of China-Laos Railway cold-chain freight trains. Currently, such trains run at a stable frequency of over twice a week, with no fewer than 10 containers shipped each time. The Huaihua International Land Port is gradually becoming a distribution hub featuring Lao bananas, radiating to the central and southwestern regions of China and even the whole country. This further strengthens its functional positioning as the "first stop" for ASEAN fresh produce to enter China.

此次合作推动了中老铁路冷链班列的常态化运营，目前班列开行频率稳定至每周2次以上，每次发运不少于10标箱。怀化国际陆港正逐步形成以老挝香蕉为特色的分拨中心，辐射华中、西南乃至全中国市场，强化了其作为东盟生鲜产品进入中国“第一站”的功能定位。

Additionally, another Lao banana company is also in negotiations with Changhuai Cold Chain Company of Huaihua International Land Port. In August this year, the company conducted a trial shipment of 10 containers, and is expected to reach comprehensive cooperation in September, which will further expand the scale of cold-chain transportation via the China-Laos Railway.

此外，老挝另一香蕉企业也正与长怀冷链公司展开洽谈。今年8月，该公司已试水发运10标箱，预计9月将达成全面合作，将进一步扩大中老铁路冷链运输规模。

In the future, with continuous improvement of the cold-chain logistics network on China-Laos Railway, Huaihua International Land Port is expected to become a pivotal hub for distribution, allocation, and trading of cold-chain products from ASEAN, driving high-level opening-up in inland regions of China.

未来，随着中老铁路冷链物流网络的持续完善，怀化国际陆港有望成为东盟冷链产品集散、分拨、交易的核心节点，助推内陆地区高水平开放。
