长沙车站可办理宠物托运啦！

The Changsha Railway Station has recently launched pet transport services, allowing companion animals to ride the rails safely and comfortably.

近日，长沙火车站正式上线宠物托运服务，让爱宠也能随着高铁“速度”安全、舒适地抵达目的地。

The Changsha Railway Station is in the initial phase of its high-speed railway pet transport services, processing an average of one or two orders daily. The train G2446, heading for Zhangjiajie and Chengdu, runs daily, allowing pets to ride the same train with their owners and arrive at their destinations together. During the ride, the pet will be accommodated in a professional transport case which features real-time video monitoring and an air circulation system. Dedicated staff take care of the pets and provide them with water as needed throughout the whole journey, creating a safe and comfortable "first-class cabin" for the pets on the train.

长沙火车站目前提供的高铁宠物托运服务处于运行初期，日均受理宠物托运业务1至2单。每日依托G2446次列车开行，可前往张家界、成都等方向，实现宠物与旅客同车随行、同步到达。运输全程使用高铁专用宠物运输箱，箱内配备空气循环系统与实时监控设备，由专人全程看护、定时喂水，为宠物打造安全舒适的“高铁头等舱”。

Passengers may make online reservations on the official railway booking platform, the 12306 App. They must prepare relevant documentation and complete check-in procedures as required by the station. Fees are calculated based on a tiered, mileage-based pricing system, and basic insurance is included to ensure transport safety.

旅客可在12306客户端进行线上预约，按要求准备相关证明材料，配合车站完成托运手续。费用按里程梯次计价，同时赠送基础保险，保障运输安全。
