On February 26, Changsha's first Talent Reception Hall was officially inaugurated and put into operation, with representatives of Hunan-native college students and high-level talents gathering on site.

2月26日，长沙首家人才会客厅正式揭牌运营，众多高校湘籍学子代表与高层次人才齐聚现场。

Covering an area of 260 square meters, the hall is designed to create a cozy café-style ambience. It features a consulting service area that provides one-stop services including policy Q&A, information inquiry and talent station reservation. It also serves as a communication platform for young people and has set up a cultural and creative display cabinet to support their entrepreneurial endeavors. In addition, private entrepreneurs have provided a complimentary 2,600-square-meter office space, which is equipped with a complete set of entrepreneurial incubation facilities to strongly support young talents in starting their own businesses. The hall's operation team is exactly a startup team founded by Hunan-native college graduates with the support of the local government, aiming to help more young people with their own experience.

该人才会客厅面积共260平方米，将打造出咖啡馆式的温馨氛围，不仅设有咨询服务区提供政策答疑、信息查询、驿站预约等一站式服务，还为年轻人搭建交流平台、设立文创展示柜助力创业；还设有民营企业家免费提供的2600平方米办公空间，配套齐全的创业孵化设施，为青年人才创业提供坚实支撑。会客厅的运营团队也正是受当地政府扶持的湘籍高校初创团队，希望以自身经历助力更多青年。

The annual activity plan of the Talent Reception Hall was also released on the same day. A 5 million-yuan support fund will be established, which offers a maximum subsidy of 50,000 yuan for employed talents and 110,000 yuan for entrepreneurial talents, along with a full range of living and entrepreneurial support guarantees. The Changsha Talent Reception Hall will hold various talent-related activities on a regular basis.
