湘江智航新城低空经济产业园开工

The Low-altitude Economy Industrial Park in Xiangjiang Intelligent Aviation New Town, situated on the west bank of the Xiangjiang River in Changsha, officially commenced construction on February 25. The project is a key platform for the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area to enter the one-trillion-yuan low-altitude economy sector and cultivate new quality productive forces. With a total investment of 1.925 billion yuan, the industrial park is expected to give a strong push to the development of low-altitude economy in Hunan Province.

2月25日，位于长沙湘江西岸的湘江智航新城低空经济产业园正式开工。作为湖南湘江新区布局万亿级低空经济赛道、培育发展新质生产力的重要载体，该项目总投资19.25亿元，将为湖南低空经济发展按下“加速键”。

The industrial park is developed and constructed by the Xiangjiang Low-altitude Economy Development (Changsha) Co., Ltd., spanning a total planned area of eight square kilometers. It adopts a spatial layout of "one core and four zones," where the "one core" refers to the Changsha Pingtang General Aviation Airport, and the "four zones" are the Aviation Intelligent Manufacturing and Education Zone, the Frontier Innovation and Technology Zone, the Low-altitude Application Demonstration Zone, and the Aviation Community. The park is dedicated to building itself into a national hub for general aviation R&D, the operational headquarters for Hunan's general aviation sector, and a renowned destination for science, technology, culture, and tourism.

湘江智航新城低空经济产业园由湘江低空经济发展（长沙）有限公司开发建设，总体规划面积8平方公里，采用“一心四片区”空间布局，其中“一心”即长沙坪塘通用机场，“四片区”分别为航空智造科教区、前沿科创策源区、低空应用示范区和飞行社区，致力打造全国通航研发高地、湖南通航运营总部及知名科技文旅胜地。

"Currently, the industrial development in the park has begun to show initial results," said the spokesperson of the company. He added that the initial 200-million-yuan Hunan Xiangjiang General Aviation Industry Investment Fund, established by the park, has already signed agreements with a number of enterprises, including Transfuture Aviation, Efly Aviation, and Power Fly Aviation. The companies are specializing in low-altitude equipment R&D, manufacturing, and operational support services. Additionally, the park has secured over 100 projects related to the low-altitude economy, attracting nearly 100 million yuan in capital from both within and outside the province. It aims to accelerate the development of an integrated low-altitude industrial chain ecosystem encompassing "manufacturing, supporting services, operations, and services."

“目前，园区产业导入已初见成效。”该公司相关负责人介绍，园区发起设立的首期2亿元湖南湘江通用航空产业投资基金，已签约落地一批以华羽先翔、易于飞、能飞航空为代表的低空装备研发制造及运营服务保障企业，并储备低空经济相关项目100余个，吸引省内外资本近亿元，加速构建集“制造—配套—运营—服务”于一体的低空产业链生态。

Since the beginning of the Chinese New Year, the directly administered zones of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area have launched 23 projects with a total investment of 18.771 billion yuan, of which industrial projects account for 17.275 billion yuan.

新春以来，湖南湘江新区直属区共开工23个项目、总投资187.71亿元，其中产业项目总投资达172.75亿元。
