湖南一景区推出“悬崖睡床”，你敢试吗？
Perched 100 meters above the ground, a "cliff bed" has gone viral in Chenzhou, Central China's Hunan Province. Suspended over a sheer drop, this daring installation — part of the scenic area’s outdoor adventure package—offers visitors vertigo-inducing experiences for just 98 yuan ($13.50), China National Radio (CNR) reported.
近日，一张距离地面100米的“悬崖睡床”在中国中部湖南省郴州市走红。据央广网报道，这一刺激项目设于悬崖峭壁上方，是该景区户外探险项目的一部分，只需98元（13.5 美元）就能让游客体验“头晕目眩”的感觉。
Since its official launch on April 28, the cliff bed has welcomed nearly 400 thrill-seekers, including 60 on May 2 alone, per CNR.
报道称，自4月28日正式推出以来，这张“悬崖睡床”已接待近400名寻求刺激的游客，仅5月2日当天就有60人前来体验。
According to a travel platform, the cliff bed is included in a 98-yuan package that combines "cliffside coffee" and Via Ferrata (iron path) rock climbing. The 60-meter-long route offers a 40-minute adrenaline-pumping experience.
一家旅游平台介绍，这张“悬崖睡床”包含在一个98元的旅游套餐中，该套餐还包括“悬崖咖啡”和飞拉达（铁索攀岩）项目。此条路线共60米长，能让游客体验40分钟令人肾上腺素飙升的感觉。
Participants must register with ID cards before purchase, meet a minimum height of 1.4 meters, be aged 14 to 60, weigh under 100 kg, and have a waist circumference below 100 cm to ensure proper safety gear fit, said the platform. It also noted that minors aged 14 to 18 must be accompanied by their parents.
该平台还表示，参与者必须在购票前凭身份证登记，身高至少在1米4以上，年龄在14岁至60岁之间，体重不得超过100公斤，腰围需在三尺（1米左右）以内，以便保护装备的正常穿戴使用。该平台还指出，14岁至18岁的未成年人需有家长陪同。
The scenic area also requires that participants must be free from health conditions such as heart disease or hypertension. Safety protocols include full-body harnesses, the accompany of professional guides who also provide photo services during the experience, according to staff from the scenic spot.
景区还表示，有高血压、心脏病等健康问题的游客不能参加。景区工作人员称，安全措施包括穿戴全身式安全带，并有专业导游陪同，导游还会在体验过程中提供拍照服务。
Although advertised at 1,600 meters above sea level, the bed platform sits about 100 meters above the mountain base, according to CNR. “Not as terrifying as I expected,” one visitor said. "It took about half an hour to enjoy — mostly for photos and the novelty. "
据央广网报道，尽管“悬崖睡床”宣称位于海拔1600米的地方，但实际上它位于山体基部上方约100米处。一位游客表示：“没有我想象中那么可怕。整个体验过程大约半小时，主要是拍照和感受这种新奇。”
According to staff, the granite terrain meets Via Ferrata safety standards, and operations are suspended during strong winds, rain, or snow.
