今年湖南首批来自非洲的坚果到货啦

The Yongzhou Customs Authority completed the follow-up inspection procedures for 54 tonnes of imported macadamia nuts on August 4. These macadamia nuts, produced in Kenya, were Hunan's first batch of imported nut products from Africa this year.

8月4日，永州海关为肯尼亚进口的54吨夏威夷果仁办理验放手续，这是湖南省今年首批从非洲进口的坚果类产品。

"Kenya's macadamia nuts are favored by Chinese consumers for plump kernels and delicate taste. It is estimated that the import volume will be approximately 2,000 tonnes this year," said the spokesperson of the importer. The company directly purchased nuts from African suppliers. The shipment from Kenya to Yongzhou took approximately 30 days. The nuts, after arrival, will be graded by automation equipment in the factory, and then be processed into snacks with various flavors such as creamy and mustard for the domestic markets.  

“肯尼亚产的夏威夷果，果肉饱满，口感细腻，很受国内消费者欢迎，预计今年进口量将达2000吨。”进口商负责人介绍，该公司直接从非洲供应商处进口坚果，肯尼亚发运至永州全程约30天。进口后的果仁经过工厂自动化设备分级后，将加工成奶香、芥末等不同口味的零食销往国内市场。

This year, the Changsha Customs Authority has rolled out a pioneering "pre-evaluation system for market access for African food to China" nationwide. This system has further enhanced the green channel for African agricultural and food products entering China while expanding imports. In the first half of the year, Hunan imported agricultural products worth 160 million CNY from Africa.

今年，长沙海关推出全国首创举措“非洲输华食品准入预评估制度”，进一步畅通非洲农食产品输华“绿色通道”，扩大进口。上半年，湖南省自非洲进口农产品达1.6亿元。
