刚落地长沙，电话卡不会办、车不会叫、路也不熟？对第一次来中国的游客来说，这些小事可能就是旅行的第一道难题。

When British traveler Arthur arrived in Changsha, multilingual volunteers helped him get connected, arrange a ride and find his way. More than 300 volunteers have now assisted over 40,000 inbound travelers — sometimes, a city’s first impression starts with one simple sentence: “Let me help.”

英国游客 Arthur 刚到长沙，就遇上了这样一群多语种志愿者：帮办手机卡、联系车辆、解答出行问题。如今，长沙300多名志愿者已服务超过4万人次入境游客——有时候，一座城市给人的第一印象，就从一句“我来帮你”开始。
