How does an inland city move cross-border cargo faster without a seaport? Changsha, Hunan, China, is finding its answer through better-connected air, rail and river logistics, cutting import container pickup processing from 3–7 days to as little as 1.5 hours.

不靠海的长沙，怎么让跨境货物跑得更快？今年入选跨境贸易便利化试点城市后，长沙加快打通航空、铁路、水运等物流通道，进口提箱办理时间已从过去的3至7天压缩至最快1.5小时。

Exports are speeding up too: a new "inspect-before-loading" model has boosted clearance efficiency for export LCL cargo by about 30% and cut overall logistics costs by around 15%. From January to September, the China-Europe (Changsha) freight train service recorded 799 trips, up 10.06% year on year — proof that being inland doesn’t have to mean being slow.

提速还延伸到了出口端：“先查验后装运”模式让出口拼箱通关效率提升约30%，综合物流成本降低约15%。今年1至9月，中欧班列（长沙）累计发运799列，同比增长10.06%，连接全球的速度却越来越快。
