“00 后”清华硕士:长沙让我创业有底气
3月23日晚,大学生创业节目《夺金2025》收官。六位脱颖而出的“金种子”和他们的项目正式签约落地,即将在湖南这片创新创业的沃土里沐浴“阳光雨露”茁壮成长。
On the evening of March 23, the college students' entrepreneurship program "Gold Rush 2025" concluded. Six outstanding "golden seeds" and their projects officially signed agreements to take root in Hunan, where they will thrive in this fertile land of innovation and entrepreneurship.
作为唯一一个没有在湖南求学和生活过,却带着项目扎根湖南湘江新区的“金种子”选手,清华大学电子信息专业硕士研究生、“00后”周梓博,24日在接受记者采访时表示,通过参加这档大学生创业节目,他有机会来到长沙,进而感受到长沙良好的创业生态,得以与业界同仁、投资界精英以及社会各界人士进行深度交流,这对于他们团队项目的成长与发展具有不可估量的价值。
As the only "golden seed" contestant who had never studied or lived in Hunan but chose to planhis project in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, Zhou Zibo, a Post-00s master‘s student majoring in electronic information at Tsinghua University, shared his thoughts in an interview on the 24th. He said participating in the show allowed him to visit Changsha, experience its conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem, and engage in deep exchanges with industry peers, investment elites, and professionals from various fields, which are invaluable for the growth and development of his team's project.
“最好的孵化基地在眼前,最好的创业伙伴在身边。可以说,长沙在各方面都让大学生创业无忧。”这位出生于2001年的大学生创业者,正朝气蓬勃地忙碌于学业与事业之间,“明年6月我就将硕士毕业,目前会保持一定时间、一定频次往返于北京和长沙,确保项目在长沙本地研发和产品化的工作能得到有序开展。”
"The best incubation base is right here, and the best entrepreneurial partners are by my side. Changsha truly makes starting a business worry-free for college students," said this entrepreneur born in 2001, who balances his studies and business with vigor. "I will graduate with my master's degree next June. For now, I travel between Beijing and Changsha regularly to ensure the local R&D and product development of our project proceed smoothly."

从ChatGPT横空出世,到DeepSeek一鸣惊人,算力作为AI时代的“生产力”,逐渐显露其重要性。
From the rise of ChatGPT to the emergence of DeepSeek, computing power has become the "productivity" of the AI era, highlighting its growing importance.
“生活中,每个人都经常使用手机、电脑、平板,有时候打游戏、看剧时间长了,手中的电子设备会发热发烫,进而导致卡顿,我们的项目就是让所有的芯片降温并‘保持冷静’。”周梓博用最简单易懂的话语描述了他的创业思路。
"Everyone uses smartphones, computers, and tablets daily. After prolonged use, these devices often overheat, causing lag. Our project aims to cool all chips and 'keep them calm,'" Zhou explained his entrepreneurial idea in simple terms.
“如果没有足够的算力,就难以支撑高参数量的大模型开发。”他表示,无论是AI从业者还是产业链企业,其实都在期待,算力能够成为像电力一样“一点接入、即取即用”的基础资源。
"Without sufficient computing power, it’s impossible to support the development of large-scale models with high parameters," he said. Whether for AI practitioners or Industrial chain enterprises, there is a shared expectation for computing power to become a foundational resource, which is easily accessible like electricity, and available on demand.
然而,作为算力核心载体的计算中心和数据中心,散热方案仍然是风冷和液冷,这里便存在着耗电量大以及可靠性差的痛点,也时常会受到运行稳定性低等困扰。对此,周梓博和团队的研发项目就是致力于解决低功耗的散热难题。
However, as the core carriers of computing power, computing and data centers still rely on air and liquid cooling for heat dissipation. These methods suffer from high energy consumption, poor reliability, and operational instability. Zhou and his team are dedicated to solving these low-power cooling challenges.
创业以来,他和团队潜心研究,利用AI技术优化散热系统,通过高端芯片热管理技术,显著提升了散热效率并降低了能耗。目前团队已攻克散热循环自驱动难题,能实现最大限度地释放芯片算力。
Since starting their venture, they have focused on using AI to optimize cooling systems. Their advanced chip thermal management technology significantly improves heat dissipation efficiency while reducing energy consumption. The team has already overcome the challenge of self-driven cooling cycles, maximizing the release of chip computing power.
“我们的产品能够实时监测并调控芯片的工作温度,让任何一个算力集群的算力释放率提升至少30%。”周梓博对自己的创业项目充满信心,“若在全国范围内推行我们提出的‘低功耗战略解决方案’,预计每年可节省55亿度电,相当于北京上海两地全部家庭年用电量的总和。”
"Our product can monitor and regulate chip temperatures in real-time, and boost the computing power release rate of any computing cluster by at least 30%," Zhou said confidently. "If our low-power strategic solution is adopted nationwide, it could save 55 billion kWh of electricity annually—equivalent to the total yearly household electricity consumption of Beijing and Shanghai combined."
让“数字英雄”“冷静”工作
Keeping "Digital Heroes" Cool
结合自己所学的专业,在核心技术方面,周梓博和团队首创了“三维两相”热分离技术,该技术颠覆了传统技术,可以进一步拓展散热功率的上限。
Leveraging his expertise, Zhou and his team pioneered "three-dimensional two-phase" thermal separation technology, a breakthrough that surpasses traditional methods and pushes the limits of coolingcapacity.
基于上述技术,他们布局了三条产品线,当下主营两款产品。第一款产品是芯片级的两相流散热器,该款设备能实现即贴即用,零能耗环保运行。第二款产品名为“多卡散热器”,也是一款即插即用、低功耗环保运行的节能机柜。
Based on this technology, they developed three product lines, with two currently in operation. The first is a chip-level two-phase flow cooler, a plug-and-play, zero-energy-consumption device. The second, called the "multi-card cooler," is also a plug-and-play and energy-saving cabinet.
这项科研技术对于普通人来说,就是手机不再发热卡顿、游戏画质拉满、笔记本电脑续航增加两个小时;对于企业来说,数据中心会至少省下30%的空调电费,公司可以用更少的算力跑更复杂的模型,成本直降40%;对于国家来说,可以打破海外散热技术垄断,让中国算力实现真正自强。
For consumers, this technology means no more overheating and laggy phones, gaming at max settings, and laptops with two extra hours of battery life. For businesses, data centers could save at least 30% on air conditioning costs, and companies could run more complex models with less computing power, cutting costs by 40%. For the nation, it breaks foreign monopolies on cooling technology, empowering China’s computing independence.
“现在我们与国内的一些数据中心的厂商也建立了合作,今后不管是从软件层面还是从硬件层面,都是国产资源的战略生态。”周梓博说,团队也在积极加入华为鲲鹏昇腾种子计划,下一步将基于昇腾打造高性能的国产计算中心,全面拥抱国产算力。
"We’ve already partnered with domestic data center manufacturers. Moving forward, whether in software or hardware, will be developed within a domestically sourced strategic ecosystem," Zhou said. The team is also joining Huawei’s Kunpeng Ascend Seed Program, aiming to develop high-performance domestic computing centers fully aligned with China’s computing power.
他希望通过硬件创新来打造一个绿色计算中心,赋能国内所有算力生产厂商,实现“少卡多算、少卡智算”的算力生产新局面。
Zhou hopes to create green computing centers through hardware innovation, empowering all domestic computing manufacturers to achieve a new paradigm of "less hardware, more computing; fewer cards, smarter computing."
“当DeepSeek回答出你的问题、智能网联车辆通过自动驾驶避免了一场车祸,这背后都有无数的芯片在‘冷静’工作。”采访中,他举了很多个生动的例子,斗志昂扬地说,他创业的初衷就是要让这些“数字英雄”永远保持最佳的状态,推动AI技术真正如同水电一样,惠及千家万户。
"When DeepSeek answers your questions or a smart car avoids an accident through autonomous driving, countless chips are working 'coolly' behind the scenes," Zhou said. During the interview, he cited multiple vivid examples, declaring enthusiastically that his entrepreneurial mission is to ensure these "digital heroes" always perform at their best, making AI as accessible as water and electricity for everyone.
背着双肩包就能来创业
Starting a Business with Just a Backpack
2024年底,周梓博来到长沙,参加这场大学生创业比拼,由此开启了自己的创业之路。
In late 2024, Zhou arrived in Changsha to compete in the college entrepreneurship show, marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey.
当被问及是什么缘由支撑他离开北方,选择来到长沙创业时,他坦言是因为“有足够的底气”。
When asked what motivated him to leave northern China and choose Changsha to start his business, he frankly said that it’s because of his “full confidence”.
“首先是我的创业项目拥有原创的核心技术,给足了我天高任鸟飞的底气。”他笑道,团队首创的热吸附转移技术、散热循环自驱动技术和异构芯片峰值算力调控技术,能把设备上的热量瞬间吸走,为芯片穿上“冰丝战甲”。
"First, our project has original core technology, giving me the confidence to soar high," he said with a smile. The team’s pioneering heat adsorption transfer technology, self-driven cooling cycles, and heterogeneous chip peak computing power regulation can instantly absorb heat from devices, equipping chips with an "ice-silk armor."
“其次是长沙的诚意,给足了我背起行囊就出发的底气;加上国家超算长沙中心、长沙人工智能创新中心,这里已经构建起的庞大算力体系,更是给足了我们大力钻研科创、向阳而生的底气。”周梓博表示。
"Second, Changsha’s sincerity gave me the confidence to pack my bags and come. With the National Supercomputing Center in Changsha and the Changsha Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center, the city has built a robust computing power system, giving us even more confidence to focus on innovation and grow boldly," Zhou said.
不久前,周梓博来到湘江科创园,参加了一场为期三天的“创业孵化体验之旅”,实地感受到了长沙为大学生创业者提供的一体化服务。“从衣食住行各个方面来说,都已经完全打消了我们的顾虑。”他感叹,人才公寓、食堂、共享实验室、健身房、篮球场等一应俱全,“创业及生活的方方面面长沙都为我们考虑到了,还提供了拎包入住的环境,真正实现了背着双肩包就能来创业。”
Recently, Zhou participated in a three-day "Entrepreneurship Incubation Experience Tour" at the Xiangjiang Science and Technology Innovation Park, where he witnessed the comprehensive support Changsha offers student entrepreneurs. "From daily necessities to housing and transportation, all our concerns have been addressed," he remarked. Talent apartments, cafeterias, shared labs, gyms, and basketball courts are all available. "Changsha has thought of everything for entrepreneurs, offering a true 'move-in-ready' environment. You can literally start a business with just a backpack."
在他看来,创业的“第一桶金融活水”最为关键,也最难获得。“湖南省大学生创业投资基金对我们来说就非常友好。”周梓博说,有了这笔基金,大学生就没有太多的负担,也没有太多的风险,“这笔基金是创业者和基金管理人去共担风险,如果在校生创业失败的话,也没有一些高风险的协议,这个对我们大学生来说,是极为暖心的政策。”
In his view, the "first bucket of financial support" is the most critical yet hardest to secure for startups. "The Hunan College Student Venture Capital Fund is really supportive," Zhou said. "The fund shares risks between entrepreneurs and fund managers. Even if student startups fail, there are no high-risk liability clauses. It’s an exceptionally supportive policy for us university entrepreneurs."
“我和团队成员都非常希望能够在长沙这片科技创新的热土上,打造出更多饱含市场竞争力的高端产品,一起将心中的理想种子孕育成普惠大地的创业‘金种子’。”周梓博的眼睛里,闪烁着光芒。
"My team and I are eager to develop more competitive high-end products on Changsha’s innovative soil, nurturing our ideal seed into the entrepreneurial 'golden seeds' that benefit society," Zhou said, his eyes shining with determination.
