In April this year, viral streamer IShowSpeed was awestruck when a street artist in Changsha snipped out his profile in mere moments using only paper and scissors. That same magic lives on at the Museum of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Changsha, nestled in the Orange Isle Scenic Area in Hunan Province. CGTN's reporter Wendyl Martin recently visited the site and met paper-cutting artist Luo Qing, an intangible cultural heritage inheritor who brings portraits to life with incredible speed and precision. With graceful movements, she transforms paper into detailed silhouettes that capture even the tiniest wisps of hair. Let's take a look!
