端午邂逅中医 国际学生解锁文化新体验

The Hunan University of Chinese Medicine held an event themed Duanwu Festival, or Dragon Boat Festival, and traditional Chinese medicine on May 27, ahead of the upcoming traditional Chinese festival. International students, dressed in Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire), wrapped zongzi with Chinese wolfberry and other medicinal and food ingredients. They also immersed themselves in learning Baduanjin, a set of traditional Chinese fitness exercises combining physical movement with breathing and meditation. This enabled students to experience the customs of Dragon Boat Festival and the charm of traditional Chinese medical culture.

5月27日，端午节将至，湖南中医药大学开展“端午飘香，中医药韵”主题活动。国际学生身着汉服打卡，用枸杞等药食同源食材包端午养生粽，在“八段锦研习营”学传统功法，沉浸式感受端午习俗与中医药文化魅力。
