湖南首次经中老班列进口冷冻水果

Recently, 23.3 tonnes of Thailand's frozen durian pulp arrived at the Huaihua International Land Port, completing the imported cold-chain food inspections under the supervision of the Huaihua Customs Authority. This marked a critical milestone of the Huaihua International Land Port in expanding its cross-border cold-chain transportation service.

近日，一批23.3吨泰国冷冻榴莲果肉运抵怀化国际陆港，经长沙海关所属怀化海关监管，顺利完成冷链食品进口验放工作。这标志着怀化国际陆港在拓展跨境冷链运输业务上又迈出关键一步。

"For importers, the customs clearance efficiency has a direct bearing on the freshness and market competitiveness of their imported goods," said a spokesperson of a trade company. Previously, the fresh fruits imported through the China-Laos freight train service had to go through inspections at the designated supervision sites authorized by the customs authority, which will take a period of time at the port of entry. Now, the imported frozen fruits can be transported to Huaihua directly for inspection, rather than having to be held at the port of entry. This significantly improves the logistics efficiency and lowers the comprehensive cost for enterprises.

“对进口商来说，冷链货物的通关速度直接决定了产品的新鲜度和市场竞争力。”一位贸易公司负责人表示，此前通过中老班列进口新鲜水果，货物需在具备检疫条件的海关指定监管场地完成查检，在入境口岸需要耗费一定时间。而现在进口低温冷冻技术储存的水果，无需相应的指定监管场地资质，货物不用在入境口岸停留，可以直接运抵怀化实施查检，显著提升物流效率，降低企业综合成本。

The customs statistics showed that, in 2025, the Huaihua International Land Port handled 74 cold-chain freight train trips and imported 8,204 tonnes of fresh agricultural products from ASEAN countries, marking a three-fold increase year on year.

据海关统计，2025年怀化国际陆港开行冷链班列74列，进口东盟生鲜农产品8204吨，同比增长3倍。
