斯里兰卡旅游局来湘邀客

On August 27, the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau held a summer roadshow in Changsha, comprehensively promoting its rich cultural and tourism resources. This marked Sri Lanka's first return to Changsha for tourism promotion since 2017, demonstrating its high attention and commitment to the tourism market in central China.

8月27日，斯里兰卡旅游局在长沙举办夏季路演活动，全面推介斯里兰卡丰富的文化与旅游资源。这是自2017年以来，斯里兰卡再度来到长沙开展旅游推广，彰显其对华中市场的高度重视与回归决心。

Sri Lanka is an island country in the Indian Ocean, located south of the Indian subcontinent. It is separated from India by the Palk Strait to the northwest. The country experiences a tropical monsoon climate. With proximity to the equator, Sri Lanka enjoys summer-like weather all year round and has no distinct seasons.

斯里兰卡是一个位于南亚次大陆以南印度洋上的岛国，西北隔保克海峡与印度相望。属热带季风气候，接近赤道，终年如夏，无四季之分。

Sri Lanka is known as the "Pearl of the Indian Ocean." The country offers eight signature travel themes: pristine beaches, UNESCO World Heritage sites, abundant wildlife, cultural treasures, and more, making it the ideal choice for Chinese travelers seeking in-depth and quality travel.

斯里兰卡素有“印度洋明珠”美誉，推出了涵盖纯净海滩、世界遗产、野生动物、文化瑰宝等八大体验类型旅游主题，成为追求深度与品质旅游的中国游客理想选择。

Chinthaka Liyanarachchi, deputy chairman of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, noted that compared to popular outbound destinations for Chinese tourists such as Southeast Asia and the Maldives, Sri Lanka boasts unique historical and cultural resources as well as a diverse range of tourism assets. "Although it lacks snow-capped mountains, Sri Lanka has oceans, mountains, and plains, which is rare among island countries," he explained.

斯里兰卡旅游局副局长钦塔卡·利亚纳拉奇表示，与中国游客出境游热门目的地东南亚、马尔代夫相比，斯里兰卡拥有其独特的历史文化资源，以及类型丰富的旅游资源，“斯里兰卡除了没有雪山，海洋、山地、平原等类型资源都有，这在海岛国家是不多见的。”利亚纳拉奇介绍。

The deputy chairman stated that, "Changsha is a highly promising source market in central China, particularly with a strong demand for mid-to-high-end experiential outbound travel. We hope to reestablish close connections with local tourism operators through this roadshow and encourage more travelers from Changsha to visit Sri Lanka for immersive cultural, ecological, and leisure experiences."

利亚纳拉奇表示：“长沙是华中地区极具潜力的客源市场，尤其在中高端、体验式出境游方面需求旺盛。我们希望通过此次路演，重建与本地旅游业者的紧密联系，推动更多长沙游客赴斯体验深度文化、生态与休闲之旅。”
