一边买菜，一边吃饭，还能和街坊邻居坐下来“饮啖茶、食个包”——去过新加坡的人，都会记得“巴刹”那种热闹又有人情味的烟火气。你知道吗？在长沙，也有这样一家“巴刹”，还是由50岁老厂房爆改而成的。
On January 10, "HN CO-OP Market," revamped from the former Changsha Spring Factory, officially opened in a small alley of Youpu Street in Kaifu District. Here you can shop for fresh seasonal vegetables and river fish, and also enjoy meals from community kitchens and time-honored eateries — from morning tea to lunch and evening drinks, it’s lively all day long.
1月10日，开福区油铺街小巷里，由原长沙弹簧厂厂房改造的“湘供市集”正式开市。这里既能买到新鲜的时令蔬菜、河鲜土货，也能现场吃到邻里食堂和老字号小吃，早茶、午饭、晚酒，一天都热闹。
Mr. Zhang, a resident of Youpu Street who once studied in Singapore, felt the familiar vibe the moment he stepped into the market — it just "felt right." In the morning, his father met up with old neighbors for tea; at noon, the guys ordered local snacks like stinky tofu, picked up some traditional liquor, and chatted as they sipped. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhang bought seasonal vegetables and fresh river fish, then went home to cook a hearty weekend meal with his family — couldn’t be more relaxing!
