“MAYA・AI 未来之城” 长沙开工，文旅新地标启航

长沙将添文旅新地标！“MAYA・AI 未来之城”于7月28日在天心区海信广场正式动工。这个总投资约4亿元、建筑面积达35031平方米的项目，预计2026年2月开门迎客，建成后将成为全国最大的沉浸式体验空间。

Changsha is set to welcome its most anticipated cultural-tourism landmark ye! "MAYA·AI Future City"—with construction kicking off at Haixin Plaza in Tianxin District on July 28. Backed by a 400 million yuan investment and spanning an area of 35,031 square meters, this groundbreaking project will open as China’s largest immersive experience hub in February 2026.

项目以“生态+科技”为核心，汇聚全球2000余种、超2万只动物（含独家珍稀物种）。游客可通过AI智能导览与VR技术，开启从寒武纪深海到未来火星基地的穿越之旅。其不仅旨在唤醒公众对生物多样性的保护意识，还将依托湖南丰富的生态资源，打造独具特色的科普研学体系。

Merging nature and next-generation tech, it will house over 20,000 animals across 2,000+ species, including rare exclusive species. Visitors can embark on a time-travel journey from the deep seas of the Cambrian period to a futuristic Mars base through AI-powered smart tours and VR technology. It not only aims to arouse the public's awareness of biodiversity conservation, but also will build a unique popular science and research system relying on Hunan's rich ecological resources.
