Xinsheng Intelligent — China's only storage‑controller chip firm with full end‑to‑end self‑developed and domestically controllable technology — has relocated its headquarters to the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone (ETDZ). The zone’s investment fund has committed RMB 200 million, with only three months elapsed from initial contact to fund disbursement. Founded in 2018, the firm has invested over RMB 1.3 billion in R&D and shipped more than 25 million chips. Its enterprise‑grade SSDs have passed rigorous testing by the China Mobile Research Institute and are deployed in AI computing centers and telecom data centers.
