长沙举办川湘星级美食交流活动助推湘菜国际化

A Sichuan-Hunan food culture event was recently held in Meixihu, Changsha. Star chefs collaborated to create fusion dishes, with top local restaurants in attendance. Capitalizing on Michelin’s arrival in Hunan, practitioners of the two cuisines exchanged culinary skills and resources, elevating Hunan cuisine to international standards and stimulating cultural tourism consumption.
