“00后”厂二代守业更创业，让老厂焕发新生机

2001年出生的于佳龙在2023年大学毕业后，从父亲手中接过了长沙市福旺食品有限公司的管理重任。

Born in 2001, Yu Jialong took over the management of Changsha Fuwang Food Co., Ltd. from his father after graduating from university in 2023.

彼时，福旺食品刚完成厂房扩建与自动化生产线升级。于佳龙先在生产一线跟班学习半年，随后针对工厂管理问题推进标准化重构，梳理流程、细化分工、制定考核标准，推动企业通过ISO9001和HACCP体系认证，实现生产全链条可量化可追溯。接着他带领企业从纯代工转向研发定制，深度参与客户产品研发，还抓住健康化趋势攻关“鲜卤”技术，使鲜卤产品占订单量80%，稳定客户从2家增至10家，业务覆盖多省，2025年预计产值达2亿元。

At that time, Fuwang Food had just completed the expansion of its factory premises and the upgrading of automated production lines. Yu Jialong first spent half a year learning on the production line as an apprentice, and then pushed forward the standardization reconstruction to address the factory's management issues by sorting out processes, refining divisions of labor, and formulating assessment standards. He drove the enterprise to obtain ISO9001 and HACCP system certifications, enabling the entire production chain to be quantifiable and traceable. Subsequently, he led the enterprise to shift from pure OEM to R&D and customization, deeply participating in customers' product research and development. He also seized the health-oriented trend to tackle "fresh braising" technology, making fresh braised products account for 80% of the order volume. The number of stable customers increased from 2 to 10, with business covering multiple provinces, and the estimated output value is expected to reach 200 million yuan in 2025.

同时，在龙伏镇政府与浏阳农村商业银行的帮助下，企业带动龙伏镇近180名本地村民家门口就业，获评“国家高新技术企业”等称号，于佳龙也以“守业更创业”的态度，让这家扎根家乡9年的传统企业焕发新生。

Meanwhile, with the assistance of the Longfu Town Government and Liuyang Rural Commercial Bank, the enterprise has enabled nearly 180 local villagers in Longfu Town to secure jobs at their doorsteps, and has been awarded titles such as "National High-Tech Enterprise". With the attitude of "not only maintaining the business but also starting a new undertaking", Yu Jialong has revitalized this traditional enterprise that has been rooted in his hometown for 9 years.
